not in Japan and not at Ft. Wilderness (I didn't really see any of the footbridges when we were there..)

Hmm, it almost looks like the back of a sign and the color looks like it would match Dinorama. This is a toughy.

To me it looks almost like a mini-golf windmill (though to my recollection none of the 3 Disney mini-golf courses have a traditional windmill) or some kind of trellis like structure. I want to say Germany in WS for some reason?

-it is in a park
-it's not on, or part of, any sign, nor in Dinorama (or anywhere in AK, for that matter).
-I've never been to any of the mini-golf courses, so that's a no.

It looks to me like it is something in Magic Kingdom. I can't put my finger on it though. The trees look like somewhere in the vacinity of Liberty Square, and the green looks like the green used by the haunted mansion...
