Hmm... is that part of the Japan pavillion at Epcot, one of those pillar things or part of a pagoda?

Hmm, it almost looks like the back of a sign and the color looks like it would match Dinorama. This is a toughy.

To me it looks almost like a mini-golf windmill (though to my recollection none of the 3 Disney mini-golf courses have a traditional windmill) or some kind of trellis like structure. I want to say Germany in WS for some reason?

-it is in a park
-it's not on, or part of, any sign, nor in Dinorama (or anywhere in AK, for that matter).
-I've never been to any of the mini-golf courses, so that's a no.
-Germany is also a no.

It looks to me like it is something in Magic Kingdom. I can't put my finger on it though. The trees look like somewhere in the vacinity of Liberty Square, and the green looks like the green used by the haunted mansion...

Captain Hook: So, you want a splash, Mr Starkey? I'll give you a splash!

Somewhere in Mickey's Toontown Fair...judging by the color.

With the trees in the background, I would guess somewhere in Adventureland
