Germany is also great for adults...
When I turned 21 I was working for the Disney Company on the WDW College Program. To celebrate the event, my friends and I went "drinking around the world." Basically, the goal is stop in each pavilion in World Showcase, have a drink native to that country, and not fall into a coma before you get all the way around.
We started in Canada and were working our way around counter-clockwise (the hot sake in Japan almost did me in). When we got to Germany, the Biergarten seemed like the perfect place to fill our stomachs with something other than alcohol. I was pretty far gone by that time, so when my friends volunteered me to dance the polka on stage, I was more than happy to do so. Though I don't remember much of the performance, my friends made sure to take plenty of photos to remind me when I sobered up. I think I've managed to confiscate most of them by now...
So, anyway, I want to apologize to simplecomp for being the jackass embarassing himself onstage during your family's dinner. I'm sure that was
exactly why Walt didn't allow alcohol to be served at Disneyland.
