Nothing is in variable bit rate, the player doesn't like those. I convert those to 128k. Some tracks are even as low as 24k. Those are usually live recordings. It would be nice to have everything in 128k and above but masters are difficult to find (or someone using choice recording equipment).weluvmovies.com wrote:the older tracks on the 128k streams sound like crap, but sound better on the 64k streams. Due to the ISP issues the Scheduled Stream is at 64k againstinoi wrote:I hadn't noticed the upgrade since the last time I'd been around, but now that I'm reading this I do notice that the sound quality is a little bit better than it had been.
