That's right I completely forgot about mousesurplus, I buy from them on eBay all the time. They are fabulous!! Recently I purchased a bedspread which came from the Grand Floridian. It was beautiful and in perfect condition. It only cost me $25 including shipping. Then I paid an extra $15 at the dry cleaners but I was amazed it looks brand new. I've also purchased discontinued park merchandise but mostly stuff from the resorts. During your next trip to WDW I would highly recommend going to their warehouse. You cannot imagine the stuff they have in there. On my last visit I bought a really cool table from the contemporary as well as light fixtures from the all star resorts. I can't tell you how cool it is to have actual pieces from Disney World in my house :D

They would not ship coffee to me though, which I still don't understand. But all other items you should be able to get.
I have read online that they will not ship food items. Bummer because I could stock up on those Mickey Krispie bars!

Yep. I'm trying to figure out how to get a couple of the nightstands from the Boardwalk resort to my house in Atlanta! I'm going to be in the area around Spring Break for us and might see if I can get one in the car, then another when we are down there in July.

I love Mousesurplus. I bought a real piece of the Journey Into Imagination carpet from them. It is right underneath my huge Figment towel in my bedroom! I love it!!!

It was either surpluskingdom or mousesurplus where my DH bought me one of the lamps that are actually in the Poly rooms now! It's the huge floor lamp. I also have a Poly mirror in my master bath! It's party of my "Polynesian" suite. I bought these off of e-bay. You can find some amazing Disney stuff there!

Okay. I need to start a thread about the abbreviations. I'm losing it. What does DH stand for???

I ordered at POTC pocketwatch for my son's birthday in April. I ordered it in early March and have yet to receive it. I've emailed them twice but no response. I'm hoping to still get it in time for his bday. We'll see.

There is no "official" site where you can buy park merchandise, but I have done the exact same things many other posters have recommended. There was a purse my wife LOVED sold at the Emporium. She didn't buy it when we were there and she regretted it. I called, described it, and they mailed it to us.

being from the UK i find disney are vastly expensive for shipping especially abroad - I buy most of my collectibles from ebay or from a site called kingdomkeepsakes.co.uk.

That is how I bought my awesome monorail shirt that has the "por favor matengase alejados de las puertas" on it.

I can't wait to wear it, in less than a week!!!!!
Got one too! And got it the same way. I think I've used this system about 10 or more times. It's works great when you remember exactly what you want and where you saw it. I've done most of mine through a simple phone call, the rest by emails.

Sometimes the email reply is a bit slow, so be patient.

Beware however! Shipping is pricey. So the old adage "Buy it when you see it" is to be appreciated! Also, when I worked for Disneyland, people used to be able get escorted into the Park if all they wanted was to purchase a particular item.

I don't know if this service is till available, but you can call and ask.

Also we have shipped stuff home from the parks when shopping in November. Another option to keep in the back of your head. I shipped DD home a bunch of stuff, didnt have to pay tax but shipping was $12.

Then later I called and asked for the Cinderella Castle playset to be shipped to us. It was $10 for shipping and arrived in about a week. If you know exactly what it was, where you found it Disney will do their best to get it to you.

Yes you can order merchandise from the park at this website but it is easier if you know what you are looking for! wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com it can be expensive to ship so order a couple things together if you can.
