Anybody ever see DeVine in Animal Kingdom

Post by jkm8113 » May Tue 03, 2005 6:52 am

It took us several visits before we ever found her. She is incredible and worthy of waiting around just to see. If I can find our pictures of her, I will see if we can get one loaded up here.

Very unique and kind of creepy... but fascinating to watch for a while.

What is DeVine? I've never heard of it.

That's really neat! If I walked past her and saw her out of the corner of my eye, I'd probably scream. That's really interesting though, I will definitely keep a look-out for her this November, and try to take a picture. The website said she can sometimes be found in the morning near the Rainforest Cafe and the lockers. Is there any other place you think she might be regularly?

I've also seen her in Asia and on the path that connects Asia to Africa.

Yes - We saw her and my wife just was so astounded at her beauty and grace in how she moves.

Way cool.

Yes, my DH and I saw her last October. The only reason I saw her is that she was walking across the pavement to another forest area. She's like a ballerina on stilts! When she goes into the lanscaped areas, she really does disappear into the background - kinda freaky!

Seems like I'm the only one who's never heard of her or seen her until now. By the way everyone is describing her, she really seems like a must-see. I'm looking foward to trying to spot her out at the AK.

If you check with the CM's, they can call a character hotline and find out what time she will be out. I have only seen her in Asia. She is worth sitting and waiting for.

Thanks for the link, that was kinda freaky just looking at the web pages, but awesome at the same time. I can imagine these photo's don't do her justice! I can't imagine walking on those stilts and being graceful :) major kudos to the CM who does it!
