That is really cool! I started learning barbershop quartet music several years ago when I wanted to start a group with some old friends of mine. We never got far enough to perform but I will try to dig up that old music and learn it for the next time I am at WDW! What part(s) do you sing?

I can sing anything but Tenor. I competed at our (BHS) International competition twice placing as high as 22nd in the world singing tenor. But, 5 years ago I had a double-bypass heart operation that was more of an emergency situation. I didn't think to tell the docs that I was a singer and I have some damage to my vocal chords. I lost my upper range. But I'm still alive!!
Now, I usually sing the melody line (lead) when I sing with the 'Dans. I'm a bit of a ham . . . . . my DW says I'm the whole hog not just a ham.
This year, I'm learning the spots to "Cruella Deville" and will hopefully sing that with them.
Here is a link of the one I hope to do.

Wow!!! That sounds amazing. I wish I could do something like that!!!
I always wondered what it would be like to entertain at Disney. Now THAT would be a cool job.

What if you're not a member of the society but you can sing and know some barbershop songs like from "The Music Man"?

Then all you have to do is just ask them and they can probably accommodate you. Songs like "Lida Rose", "Goodnight Ladies", or "Sincere" would be great choices and I'm sure they would know those songs.
I have my ears on an arrangement of "Cruella" that I'm hoping to sing with them next month.
