Wow, great views! You can get so close in this one! The new Bay Lake Towers are not even built yet, deconstruction has begun though.

This disturbs me and excites me at the same time. It's cool to get my "fix" but there are areas (backstage) that, as a guest, I'm not supposed to see. AND I CAN SEE THE BACKSTAGE AREAS!!!!

Okay . . . I'm a little nerdy when it comes to this. Thanks for sharing the link!

I find it funny that when looking at Disneyland, IASW is closed for rehab and has scaffolding all around it. How long ago was that? They need to update their pictures!!!
We are all a little weird
And life's a little weird,
And when we find someone whose
Weirdness is compatible with ours,
We join up with them and fall in
Mutual weirdness and call it Love.”

It is tough to tell two Mark IV monorails are out on the line so I would say this had to be during the Holiday to regular IASW rehab last year, meaning 2007 - 2008 and not this year. But then if you change your view to another angle you can see Monorail Red in the tomorrowland station, which would indicate summer-fall 08' Then over in another angle Toy story mania is still being constructed which would also indicate early 08 or late 07'. It just looks like they go out and fly overhead at different times and just add the pictures when they get it all edited.

So keep looking for the updates, they seem to be coming on a yearly basis.

I think it also depends on the place. when I look at my house, it shows a car in our driveway that we haven't had in over 5 years. Disneyland, or other landmarks, would probably be more up-to-date than my little corner of the world...

As far as timing goes, it looks like the view of my house is about 2 years old.....but my brother's house which is 10 miles away was sometime in the past 6 months since his addition was built in the fall. As I scrolled down the highway you can see it cuts in and out of pieced-together images....going from summer to fall, back to summer....etc. Surprised it does that on a mile by mile basis.

The view of my house is at least 5 or 6 years old. I can tell be what's in the driveway. I looked at a view of a buddies house and it's the same thing, 5 to 6 years old. I'm gonna guess that the age of the view depends on where you live. I looked at a few other friends and some don't even have a view, it kinda just grayed out.

Cool ... it never stops to amaze me how close the 'real world' is ... but when you are in the park you could be a million miles from it ... :D
