Son of Dreamfinder - correct. it's the exterior to PotC. specifically a window on the tower. right as you enter the breezeway/queue

Honestly the blurriness of the picture makes it almost impossible to tell what is going on there...
But I will take a crack.. Is it a decoration around the Enchanted Tiki Room? I looks vaguely tiki-like to me..

OK, "Disney World though it may not look it" could be a clue. But I'm still stumped. To me it just looks like a close up of a pirate dubloon. LOL
