OK, I'm thinking that it is in Tomorrowland. I want to say part of the TTC/Peoplemover, possibly part of the guardrail system.
It is in one of the tree remaining lands, Of the correct park (which I felt like I accomplished something by guessing!) It is near the tomorrowland arcade for a quick game. ANNNNNNND! it is near Carosel of progress where "with our new ice box, .... the milk doesn't sour as quickly."

I hope I got it!

Is it in Toontown? Where the Barnstormer is now, the old petting zoo that housed Minnie Moo (you know, the cow that had the spots in the shape of Mickey?

Well I'm just a guessing.. but I'd have to say somewhere along the WDW Railroad route on the right side of the park.

if you read one of my hint posts on the previous pages, you'd notice this:
js3901 wrote: so, basically to sum up:
it's not in Epcot or AK
it IS in MK
it's not in any land on the left hand side of the park (as you enter from Main St).
it's not part of the skyway
sunny34 is on the right "track"

What gets me is that I have seen it.. the whole time this post has been going i've been pretty sure it was on or near the tracks.. I just can't put my finger on it.

well, you are right that it's near the tracks (kind of). and if you've been there waiting, I'm sure you've seen it, but haven't REALLY seen it (as I said, it's one of those slightly over-looked details)

Going off your hint that you can play a game nearby.. i guess it may be near the tracks over by the arcade next to SM. But I really have no idea. I am very curious though.

My question is: What does the train have to do with Milk?

I know this is probably your first flight...and it's mine too...ha, ha

there's a large, metal milk jug as part of this detail

I'm surprised I've been able to stump people this long. I don't think that's happened (to one of my pics) since August - the China pic)

Are you sure that this is something that people would normally see? I can't believe we are all stumped too

ok. there's a smoking section over by a restroom next to the carousel of progress. if you sit there and smoke, you hear about "paging mr. morrow" like 100 times. right behind you is a green metalish gate, that is right in front of the tracks where the train comes by tomorrowland. is it there?

I am very much sure it's something you would see, if you were actually looking at it. It's fairly large.

nope, it's not a gate and not in Tomorrowland.

I can't find a decent picture that shows this, but I believe you can see this detail from several angles both inside and outside the park.

I think I'll post a little bit more of the pic, in hopes that someone can get it. it's another piece, that while a part of the whole, it 's not directly connected to the previous part of the pic.

first pic (as a refresher):
