What rides have you been stuck on when they broke down?

In relation to Disney Parks but not specific to a single resort

I was stuck on HM once in the old attic for like 10 minutes next to a pop-up ghost. The scream really starts to get annoying after a while. I remembered I figured out the timing (though I don't recall the duration between) and started shrieking in sync with the ghost's. No one was in my doombuggy with me mercifully.

We also got stuck on Test Track in the first incline, the spiral one immediately after the load and pre-seat belt check. It was like 20 minutes. I remember when it first opened though standing in line and having it break down right before we got on and waiting an extra hour or so :x The same thing happened to me over at US with the Mummy ride when it opened, but they at least gave us a Universal (pun intended) fastpass to whatever we wanted and at the time Shrek was brand new and the Express Passes were still in use but had run out for the day and the line was 2 hours and we got to use our super special ones to get in :P

When we went this past summer, my family (with 3 kids) got stuck on the long ars incline of WDW Spaceship Earth. It locked up about half way up. I think we were stuck there for 5 minutes. The coolest part was we were in a black light area and I took the opportunity to take some digital stills of my university's logo (lion head). They came out kinda cool..

Here is a pic of my hat...

I was stalled on the Haunted Mansion Holiday for a minute or two twice on both times I've went today. The second time was in front of the ballroom right by the gingerbread coffin and I did not want to move. The smell was so good.

I was stuck at the end of the fast pass lane for Space Mountain today for 30 minutes. i wasnt going to go back later because the regular line was already 2 hours and 30 minutes and climbing! sooo we waited it out and finally it took off. we were nervous that we would be stuck to because we were next lol.

The TTA! We were stuck underneath the speaker paging Mr. Morrow for about 10 minutes. We also overheard an argument between two people getting ready to go into the Carousel of Progress (although I can't remember what started it.)

We got stuck on Pirates once just before you go under the bridge. It was interesting to study how everything worked in there. But that song was stuck in our heads for HOURS LOL YO HO YO HO YO HO

The joke with the group of friends that I normally go to the World with is that I started calling Spaceship Earth "Spaceship Broken". I had a little spat of a few years that I would constantly be on the ride when it either had to be stopped often for people with wheelchairs getting on and off the ride, or it would actually have to be stopped.

This what when I was still living in Orlando (the Jeremy Irons version) so I went to Disney quite a bit, but for a while it was quite the unlucky streak.

And even though the streak seems to be over, (I will test my luck in about 3 weeks) it will always be a favorite of mine, that Spaceship Broken.

When I went on Monday, I was stalled for a minute or two on the California Screamin' launch. I heard the countdown go off the first time but we didn't launch. The music kept going almost like Jeopardy music. So we waited for a little while until I heard the countdown go off again.

In all the times I've been to the World, I've only gotten stuck on one ride; Splash Mountain, just before the second drop inside the mountain (the drop where you go down and then head right back up again).

Other than that, I've been lucky when it comes to avoiding being stuck on an attraction when it breaks down. Of course now I've probably just jinxed myself for my April trip... :P

In Disneyland we were stuck in Mr. Toad's Wild Ride by the devil scene. We caught a neat picture and then were escorted out.

OH that happened to us too but for maybe only like 5 minutes. I couldn't tell how long we were in there. All I know was I saw the Squirt/Crush loops like 15 times. Look what I can do dad! Duuuuuude....

When we finally started to move again I didn't even realize it. I thought it was a reaaaaally long tunnel at first with a repeating image. The bubbles kinda make you feel like your moving when you're not, and when you get used to them that you're still when you aren't....

Yes. SSE can stop at the drop of a hat, really. There are photo electric sensor by the tracks and if some one drops a hat it can "E" stop the ride.
