I ADORED the new Sleeping Beauty Castle Walk-Through.  The quality is amazing.  And there are a few interactive surprises.
I also thought it had the perfect marriage of sets and projections. The projections 'enhanced' the scene, instead of overwhelming the scene, like in Nemo, which is more like a movie underwater than a dark ride.
Make sure you watch the entire final scene from start to finish, no matter how many people are waiting. It's worth the extra time.
