I went with Superstar TV but Millionaire is a close second w/ Monster Sound Stage a close 3rd. I always found Superstar and Monster to be funny as a kid and I'm sure I'd appreciate them even more now as a young adult. I also really loved the opportunity to actually play Millionaire; although I still dispute the system ;( I wound up in the top 3 or 4 so many times never to make it to the hot seat only to watch some random 8 year old girl who just randomly mashed the correct keys faster than I answered only to watch them get bounced on the first question and the cycle repeat w/ whoever answered the first question correctly the fastest getting a chance. BAH!

Mr Toad,
I finally found the best way to get to the hot seat was to go to the last scheduled show of the night. It was usually the smallest crowd and therefore your odds of making it to the hotseat by answering the questions the fastest were better than at a full show. That's how I made it into the hot seat after finishing in the top 5 numerous times before.
My experience was too short though...made it to the 1000 point, got the pins and hat to prove it...the next question, well, we'll just say that my wife reminds me every time I talk about it. I get a dope slap followed by, "Use your lifelines, stupid". I guess that I got too cocky by answering the questions too quickly. Us youngsters, we think we know it all.
Unfortunately, the show closed one week before my next visit, so I couldn't get the chance to redeem myself. Oh well, such is life.

Are we there yet? When can we go back?
I don't know what's worse, the anticipation of going or the withdrawals after getting home.

there was also a phone along Mickey Avenue near the archway. If I remember correctly, it was called "Phone a stranger"MagicKingdom Fairy89 wrote:definately who wants to be a millionaire, thought it was a great interactive show, also loved it on the phone a friend when it went to someone who was on the soundstage tours

Out of the options, I voted for Backlot Tour Facades. The tour's just not the same without them. And I loved Empty Nest and Golden Girls, so I was disappointed about their removal/destruction.
Although I wish they hadn't gotten rid of Stars and Motorcars, as well. I always say I like to see new parades (with the exception of Spectro, which I adore). Be careful what you wish for, I guess. Block Party Bash was quite possibly the worst "parade" I have ever seen. Unlike all the others that I could watch fifty times a year, I have no desire to ever see that one again. So sad.

I voted for Superstar Television. My mom and brother both made it on one time and it was hilarious. Tha is an attraction that could easily be updated year after year. Millionaire was a close second but I'd actually like to see any game show that anyone could play. I've said it before but I'll say it again. Some kind of singing bee type game show would have been a million times better choice than AI. Not everyone can sing on AI but everyone could try to sing the lyrics to disney songs in a singing bee type show. Oh well, that's not a possibility anymore.

I'm going to agree with a bunch of people here. I miss Residential Street and I think it'd be great to revive the backlot tour. I understand that Residential Street is gone but I think there still could be some kind of back lot tour.

Is it still there? we also don't ever go to that part of the park (MGM).jenhen27 wrote:I thought the backlot tour still existed. Isn't it just catastrophe canyon and a few vehicle props? I never go back to that corner of the park anymore so maybe it's gone.

Sounds Dangerous is still there, but could probably do with an update.
the Backlot Tour is also there still. jenhen27 is correct in that it's basically a trip through the boneyard (vehicle props) and Catatrophe Canyon, along with the tunnel throough the wardrobe "shop" near the Earful Tower.
