Disney's Asian Themed Hotel

I remember reading this on the web somewhere and thought these resorts would be cool. Who knows, maybe WDW will decide to build them someday..... if the economy gets better.

Wow, I've never heard of this before. I'm ashamed as a Disney fan. Do you think an Asian Themed Resort would still fit or would it be better located near another Park if it was revisited?

I don't believe an Asian themed resort would fit as it was originally planned. I think it would work (if done with the old Disney attention to detail). It would have to be done in another area. Maybe if/when a new park is built, or else in the near the Asia area of AK...

I think it might fit with Epcot since World Showcase has the China pavilion... if there's room on Epcot grounds for another resort. It'd be like an extension of the World Showcase.
