THe spitting camels outside of Aladdin's Magic Carpets were originally used for two different uses in WDW. What were they used for?

The only time I can think of them being used was during Aladdin's parade too. I really can't remember when or where else they were used unless this is like a trick question and you just mean they were used in front of Aladdin's Magic Carpets.
