I think COP is now seasonal. I know it was operating back in the summer.

ok, so I got my phone call from DIsney today. A woman apologized about all the problems and is sending 2 park hoppers. They don't expire until 2030, so I have some time to plan another trip.

You seem a little...for lack of a better word, aggrivated that that was how the situation was handled. But maybe I took your eye rolling the wrong way. :)

A similar thing happened to me a couple of trips back and Disney offered a 1-day park hopper for the inconvinience (long story). When you really think about this though, you can see how this could still work in Disney's favor. So yodiwan gets a 2-day park hopper. He's happy that Disney recognized their foul and gave him some sort of compensation. However, he still has to get to Disney (although it's nothing that they can benefit off of), stay in a hotel (there's a pretty good chance that since they will be using their free tickets, that they will be staying on property - not a 100% chance, but a good chance nontheless), eat (even better chance that they will at least buy something at the parks), and a good chance that they will at least buy one souvenier. Essentially, everyone wins. The customer gets the "free" days in Disney World and Disney gets the added revenue of someone who otherwise may have not come back at all.

I'm sorry you had such a crummy experience at the resort. My wife and I stayed at All Star Movies on our honeymoon and All Star Music on our 3rd anniversary and never had any problems. But ants and bloodstained towels? Holy frak, even Holiday Inn is better than that! I'm glad Disney compensated you, though. It was the least they could do. Heck, they should have thrown in a lap dance from all the Disney princesses and Tinkerbell.

I loved your pictures, though, especially the one with the monorail passing in front of the Journey Into Imagination pyramids. And it was neat that you got pictures with some of the seldom-seen characters like Maleficient and the Queen from Snow White. The pic where the Queen is covering up your Grumpy shirt is priceless!

Thanks Future guy. I had such a great time during the MNSSHP. Tha atmosphere is amazing! I received the 2 tickets yesterday and can't wait to go back. In the past few visits we really only did one park a day, so this will be a nice change.
