I am looking for an exact location here...if possible try to mention the if its in a scene on a ride, or a background of a show, or on the display of an eatery....if you study the pic, it may come to you.

GAH! This is driving me crazy too because I feel like I've seen this before too...

if it's near/on a train not in MK....

...are there model trains somewhere that this could be at?

(I know that's not a legitimate guess but maybe it could help someone lol)
