Yeah, It was an interesting experience. However, we did learn that 2 Rhinos would not be able to damage the truck if they charged it. (I have a good trivia question from this!!!)boilerbabe wrote:Holy Crap Len90! I don't know if I'd want to be that close to the Rhinos?!
HM is a good one to get stuck on! We've gotten stuck at the ballroom, I LOVE to sit there and take in all the detail. You're usually cruising through there too fast. SSE is another we've been stuck on.

I've been stuck on Haunted Mansion going backwards and was stuck in Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin for 20 minutes with an active two year old. At first, the gun still worked and we could spin but once we couldn't spin or shoot anymore, it was a little hard to keep him from trying to get out of the car! Oh, stuck on Space Mountain once long ago -- they had to turn the lights on. Boy, does it look different then!

I have another one to add to the list after our trip last week. We got stuck on Pirates right before the drop for maybe 10-15 minutes. Finally, a CM appeared from a door right beside us with a flashlight and I assume he was messing with the sensor that spaced the time between the boats going down the drop because right after that, we were on our way.
7 out of the last 10 times we've been on the Haunted Mansion ride, we've been stopped at Leota's head. The last time, we joked about it before getting in the doom buggy. And sure enough, that's where we stopped!

I guess they didn't say goodnight to George. That is a really good part of the attraction to get stuck on since you can get a nice picture of the guy's leg. Hope everything turned out well with your son.sherabby wrote:We got stuck on POTC last August under the foot hanging over the bridge. Right when we were boarding the ride my son (7 at the time) told me that he had to go to the bathroom. He said he would be fine until the end of the ride but we had a good 10-15 minute wait inside!

I've been stuck on People Mover and had to be evacuated through Star Tours.
I've also been evacuated from Indiana Jones right where the boulder is rolling toward you. It just kept rolling toward us and Indy just kept warning us to move! Interestingly enough, I've also been on the Indy ride and have gotten to the boulder too soon after the previous car and have seen the boulder shoot backwards into it's cave to reset itself!
I had to wait about 20 minutes just before the exit to the submarines, and, like everyone else, have been stopped countless times on Haunted Mansion. Also, we have had to wait in very long lines to climb the final hill on Pirates.
On Space Mountain, you are supposed to turn to the right and start your climb up the hill. Well, our car happened to turn left and went into the maintenance bay. They evacuated us and walked us by the large banks of computers that control the ride and put us on another car immediately.
Most recently, we got stuck on the third and final hill of Big Thunder Mountain for a few minutes. After our train returned to the station, they made an announcement and made everyone get out of line. I'm just glad that we didn't get on the ride any later than we did.

I got stuck on Test Track in the last turn for about 45 minutes. I was on the up side of the car, it wasn't a good feeling. I've also had to evacuate SSE several times. I think it took me 3 trips on it to get to the unload ramp.

I've been on the haunted Mansion when it broke down. I rode Tower of Terror after the cast members had already shut part of it down so there were no effects just completely black the entire time that was cool! I was in line for almost 45 min for Space Mountain when it broke down that sucked. That's about it.
