I'm thinking more along the lines of windows. Maybe a pavilion at Epcot or a store. Not sure. So I will just start it out with The Land. Maybe I can narrow it down to the park....

even with the brighter pic, I still say it looks like an air vent of some kind. but, as you already shot that down, my new guess will be something like trim around MouseGear...
