Although I don't particularly care for the movie, Go the Distance is so gosh derned epic, I gotta say that one! What with the trumpets and all. Its just very well placed in the Disney hierarchy

This was a complicated choice - and not all my list of favorites were even included!

I voted for "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes," more for the bridge/interlude than the actual words. "Go the Distance" is one of my favorites for inspiration, and "When You Wish Upon a Star" is truly a classic in every way.

Other favorites include "Once Upon a Dream" - Sleeping Beauty and "Tuppence" - Mary Poppins.

Songs and music are what brought me to SSR, so it's got to be a hard choice!! :D

Of the choices listed, I had to go with "You Can Fly."

"Once Upon A Dream" would be my actual choice of any Disney song.

Oohh this was a little tough because I love so many of those songs. But I chose When You Wish Upon A Star. The song means a lot to me and I think it could fit any age group beyond children. I mean who doesn't want to think that wishing upon a star will make all their dreams come true?

Jungle Book has always been a personal favorite so my vote goes to "bare necessities"

I also voted The Bare Necessities-The Jungle Book, When You Wish Apon A Star-Pinnochio is also a Great song and deserves to be leading the pole.

Part of your world is such a childhood classic for me. It's my favorite and I love how beautiful the scene was in the movie. I also love the reprise.

When You Wish Upon A Star is the ultimate classic. When you hear it you feel, see, and dream Disney!

It is impossible to choose just one song.

But if I had to, then it would be "A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes" from Cinderella, as that was the very 1st animated Disney film I saw when I was a little girl, and somehow I always wanted to be Cinderella. But, coming in 2nd would have to be "When You Wish Upon A Star". That to me is definitely the Disney Theme Song.

If this topic ever gets remade I DEMAND Baby Mine and Little Black Raincloud get up there. My mom used to sing those to me before bed.
Otherwise? Oh cheez. I have no idea how. We almost NEVER did that show while we were at WDW, I haven't seen the movie or the show in probably ten years. Yet, listening to it on here, there's ... something.
Part of Your World. Once again, I may have to fend off accusations about my preference....
Past these three ... I think You'll Be In My Heart, Golden Afternoon, and Just Can't Wait to be King (in some order) fill out my top six. Odd, because Tarzan and Lion King are the only movies from the six that I've even seen in the past 5+ years.
And, Rainbow Connection for honorable mention, it wasn't a Disney song at the time but it kinda is now.

"When You Wish Upon a Star" because it is so absorbed with everything that is Disney...

Although, it was very difficult to choose between that and "Circle of Life."

Hey everyone I was going to make more groups with more songs to vote but never got around to it. I'll start working on more if everyone wishes.
