Hidden Mickeys throughout the park. I like walking by something and shouting mickey! It's so much fun...
I also love anything dedicated to Walt.

I LOVE the Fantasmic show, too. The best part/detail when Mickey pops up in his little "Steamboat Willie" outfit. It's adorable!

I always notice the way each flower and tree is planted within the park. It really is almost perfection...perfect unison throughout each ride area and land. The colors pop, the trees blanket in all the right places. What makes it amazing is how the lighting plays with all of these details at night. It's magic!!!

After my most recent trip, my most favorite disney detail was the cast members. I really enjoyed how when you went from one place to another there was always the consistency in the CM's uniforms. It really helps in setting the theme to each part of the park you are in.

One of my favorites is the "key under the mat" in the Muppets 3d.

I also love the attention to detail in the barbershop, the very 1900's feel of it as I'm getting my haircut.

I love all the subtle humor (and the stuff that's right in your face) of Muppets 3D. some of the best humor in the World (WDW). also, I like the details added in It's Tough To Be A Bug over at AK - the "stingers" and the "maggots/larvae" wiggling under you at the end.
