What Space Mountain is better Disneyland or WDW
I have always wondered which Space Mountain is better. Please base your vote on theming and the rollercoaster. I choose Space Mountain DL.

Only because WDW has been neglected and now the thrill factor is whether or not you derail or come out with whiplash.
Rode in '07 (WDW) and only once. I thought I was going to have my neck broken.
Glad to hear it's due to go down for Refurb. in '09.

I am doing the same.elizabethswann wrote:Well, I have yet to go to WDW but I've heard that the Space Mountain there breaks down so much so I think I'll be sticking with DLR Space Mountain instead.

Space Mountain in Disneyland is way better. For some reason, when I went on the one in WDW last summer there was no music during the ride. Is this normal? If so, why on earth would they do this? The music is such a critical element of any attraction. Weird...

I chose the one in Disneyland for overall ride experience.
The one in WDW has a way better queue, where you feel you're actually in space, but the actual ride is very jerky and bumpy. There is no music, which is adds to the excitement of the ride. And yes, SM in WDW breaks down a lot.
