It is the butterfly on the Jungle Cruise that can grow a wingspan of 12 inches or up to 1 foot.

If that is wrong my second guess is the Rainforest Cafe.

The butterfly was posted out of turn, but yes, it was the Rainforest Cafe.

As for the current picture, I think it is in Germany, in a gift shop?
