Just upgraded from the Beach Club to the Grand Floridian for our December trip.

Also made all dining ADRs and secured the car rental.
Now watching the sick air fares with a daily alert from kayak.com - right now we're at $244 round trip

which is about $100 more than we typically pay to fly to FL.

Way to go, Steve. Hopefully the airfares will be kind to you. We're hoping the airfares settle down before we go in June 2009. I'm in waiting mode right now, until I get to the 329 days out point where I can actually make an air reservation.

I've been watching the airfare for a month now too. I'm looking to make reservations for Oct. I know jetblue just offered a 10% off if you fly before the end of Oct.
