Then we all realize...that's all they are going to do....
I kid, this could be the beginning of a nice change.

I see it's about time to restart the "Bring back the original Figment" campaign!
Can they imagine too??

Drop another coin in slot and I will tell you more.

It's long overdue!! JII is a shell of what it once was, and it needs to return to its glory days. Of course, I'll believe it when I see it.

Say it is so. I remember talking up the old ride to my wife when we went down for our honeymoon, not knowing that they had changed it. After the ride she looked at me and said "You like that ride?" I quickly tried to explain what it use to be, hopefully one it is on it's way back.

Can someone explain, or highlight, the main differences between the old Figment ride and the new?

One can only hope they go back or I should say just fix what is wrong with Imagination.

Oh, that would be so wonderful if it was improved, or like Rich said, they went back to the original sort of attraction. So much magic there!

Yeah, like many of you have said, I don't think they'd try to replicate the original again, but I hope they are, at the least, getting rid of the institute overlay. If the logo is changing back, that could be a sign that the institute may be going, along with the rumors that Jhn Lassester wants a new 3-D film in the pavilion.

What's sad is that we can't have the original Figment voice back. Billy Barty died a few years ago now.

Dropping the Institute thing would be great...because, when I think of imagination, I think of a rigid organization with a stuffy leader who is irritated when confronted with new ideas!
It's an idiotic concept from the get-go. And it led to boring, self-conscious rides with the theme of "now I will show you this thing" and "now I will show you that thing" instead of the awesome free flowing stream of consciousness of the original.
At least Version 3 is better than Version 2, which actually insulted you and completely subverted the message of Version 1.
Nice to see the old logo again...I've never been a huge fan of Dreamfinder, but I wouldn't mind a nod to him as well in the new attraction. I just hope they move away from all the screens (you don't need a ride to move you from one static video screen to another) and go back to the expansive sets. I don't think they'll actually do it, but it would be a really nice sign if they did.

Perhaps they'll use pre-existing sound clips from the original. I really don't like the new voice either, it's annoying... or maybe it's just the script... hmmm...
