Day 1, May 3rd, 2008
We flew into MCO and took the Magical Express to THe ALL-Star Sports Resort. Here is already where our trip took a great turn. We were up there celebrtaing our 2 year anniversary of our first date, and we have been engaged for over a year now. (getting married in Jan. 09). We had bought my fiance's friend thw Mickey grooms ears and brides ears for their honeymoon, but they already had a pair so they sent them back to us. Since we were wearing them everyone assumed we were on our honeymoon and we took off with it! We had requested a prefered room, which we got. I was very upset with the fact there are no fitted sheets on teh king sized beds. When we striped the bed down all we saw was matress pad which I thought was disgusting! Soone after they sent another sheet which we tucked under the corners of one side, while the origianl sheet was under at teh far side. Our first night was spent at DTD. We did tons of shopping and even ran into a pin trading buddy from back home.Since we knew we had a long day at MK on Sunday we went to sleep early..well, 11ish, and got ready for our first day in the parks!
Day2 May 4, 2008
We arrive at Mk by 9:15. 1st stop Monsters Inc., with fastpas for Space Mountain. We love MI!!! We were singled out and had a joke made to us about being married. My fiance couldn't stop laughing! She loved it! SM was down when we got off so on to Buzz. I ranked pretty hi, but she barely hit anything, it was vry funny. We then went on TTA. When we got into SM the lights were on, but my pics came out horrible in there, except the one I posted. She was amazed about how fragile it looked! The rest of the day went by very quick. We managed to do just about every ride. Even HOP! That was a great nap. Since my fiance had not been to Disney nearly as many times as me she had a lot of firsts. She loved COP, and thought CBJ was funny but strange....the line "blood on the saddle" really freaked her out. On Splash Mountain we got drenched. I had riden this ride 100s of times and I was more aggrivated this ride then I had ever been about any ride. I don't mind getting the small splash at the end, but at the begining the jets shot 2 powerful blasts of water right at us! No one on the boat was happy. When we got off we ran into Zach and Cody from the Disney channel, bt didn't take pics with them. Later that night we were literally standing next to Paris Hilton and her bf from the rock band Good Charolette. I was kinda stunned and never got my camera out in time. We were given free cotton candy with them. For dinner at teh Liberty Tree, the decorated the table with pixie dust in the shape of a heart. WHen we were finished we saw a dream team member outside of HM( which is amazing now!!!) We bgan talking to ehr and she brought us to "it's a small world". The line was still pretty big and she had us wave to everyone from the control tower. It felt great! After she gave us a boat of our own, calling ti our honeymoon cruise. We ended the night with Spectro and Wishes. Since my grandmother is very ill right now, WIshed really touched me. I actually began to cry when Jiminey told everyone to make a wish.. I don't mean one small tear, but full out crying. I was so overtaken by emotion that i couldn't hold back. My fiance gave me the biggest hug as we walked down mainstreet to rest for a few hours before our next day. Our night ended when we got back to our room to find a Happy Anniversary balloon attached to an auto. pic of Mickey and Minnie wisjing us a Happy Anniversary. I will write mroe about the nextr day when I post the pics of DHS tomorrow..TTFN!!!!

Great photos, Jarrett - I was there last weekend after my DCL trip - The Disney Channel stars were staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and were all over the lobby taking photos and giving autographs.

I'll look forward to reading more and seeing more photos. :mickey:

After we were put on our own boat.
You were wondering about creating all those romantic moments before you're trip. And Disney went and created one (or more?) for you guys!! Awesome!

Great pics, Jarett!! And what a great report. Cool running into Zach and Cody, but I would ran the other way if I ran into Paris!! Yikes!

It sounds like you had an awesome time!!

Day 3, 5-5-08, Our Anniversary!!

We waited for our bus at 8:15am at teh ASSR. To our amazement, we were the only ones on the bus! Our personal transport to DHS. We grabbed a fastpass for TOT and went straight onto RRC. It seemed the que was a little different as well. We had great rides on both attractions, then met up with characters in front of the big hat. Minnie and Daisy together! OH happy days!!! There was no wait for the GMR, so we headed into there. TO our surprise there was the Dream team handing out dream fastpasses for the entire park.(see above pictures) Awesome! When we got off the ride we were looking at some of the hand prints when one of the dream team members overheard us talking about the Wizard of Oz(my fiances fav. movie) He asked us if we had time for a scavenger hunt. OF COURSE!!!! we found all 11 items he asked us to find and he gave us a new pin that just came out, (wizard of oz with the characters played by disney characters, super cute!) and then told he he can get us onto any ride we want right away. Now I am thinking, "this sucks!" we already have FP for everything. SO my brain kicked in. I asked about Fantasmic! We were VIPed for the 9pm show! We arrived 15 min. before and had center stage seats!!! Looking back I wish I had asked about Toy Story mania! SO back to the day time. I am a Star Wars nerd so when I heard about the Jedi Training Academy I jumped!! It was a cute show if you like SW. Jedi was funy, bt it was repetative with all the kids doing the same thing. From here we did the Indy stunt show. Of course since we had on our ears still we were both picked right away! We had a blast, and I was the one picked to get shot and do the death scene. I nailed it! We met Sully and Mike Wazowski and got ready for an early dinner at the 50's Prime Time Cafe. This was supposed to be our big anniversary dinner, but it was a huge let down. The service was horrible, the food was poor and we had a terrible table. At least the S'mores desert was great. Soon after we met Fantasia Mickey, Frozone and did the magic behind the animation tour. This is now one of my favorite things to do anywhere at Disney! We stayed for two shows and even got our own drawing from on of the artists of Eeyore. We learned how to draw Daisy and Minnie...funny coincidence. After Fantasmic! we ended our night with Muppet Vision 3d. This was her first time and she loved it!. We saw the stunt show last trip so we skipped it this time around. Besides our bad dinner, we had a great day. I will post more pics soon, and tell about that day later tonight! Enjoy!

Great stories and amazing pictures. What happened to the ball? They took off the Epcot sign and stars that were on it. After around 8 years I had finally started to like.

I hated that Epcot sign and am glad to see it gone.
