There is also an evening one, Sunset Safari, which is the one she was on, she called it the Wanyama safari, and it's followed by dinner at Jiko. She did FAIL to say, you must be staying at the lodge on the Concierge level.

Well thanks for that information! I do believe they forgot to mention that little tidbit. I did know about the morning safari but not the night/evening one. Oh, well, I wont be doing either one.
I wonder how much intrest Disney gets with SB doing Disney info TV?

I just watched the Splurge one last night (DVR'd) and I was disappointed. They only spent 1/2 hour talking about what you could splurge on and then switched to Adventures By Disney. What?! Couldn't they fill up a whole hour with stuff to splurge on and do a separate show on AbD?
No one's gloomy or complaining while the flatware's entertaining.

Yeah, I was very disappointed as well. There wasn't anything that really made me go "WOW... I wish I was a millionaire." Disappointing.

I watched the splurge one in repeat this afternoon (first time for me, though). I agree, not all that interesting. Honestly, I thought the people spending a $600 minimum to have that VIP guide were out of their minds. I can think of a lot better ways to spend $600 at WDW.

I just watched Samantha Brown's Favorites today. I loved how she picked her favorites from both parks. I totally agree with her decision about the Tower of Terror.

it's $125-150/hr 6 hour min, so $750-900 min.
See...
VIP Services
I've always wondered how you get selected to do something like be the one on the show demoing the service. Because I bet they didn't pay for it, either Disney just sucked up the cost or the Travel Channel did.

I saw the Travel channel special where 3 or 4 families had the opportunity to enjoy some of Disneys special features. One part showed a couple on their 10th anniversary, who ate at the Victoria and Albert resturant at The Grand Floridian. It also showed their room at the GFH(the Walt Disney room) and the night was capped off with a view of Wishes on the deck of a cruise ship on the Seven Seas Lagoon. A 2nd family went to Costa Rica on the new Disney Adventures program!

Disney on a Dime... Anyone else watch that show?
What did people think?
I think I did a pretty good job of outlining the tips before I saw the show.

Thanks for the info. I missed most of them.

Maybe I'll get to see them next round.

I've been watching a lot of the Season of Disney. The shows are really fun to watch, not really very helpful. Disney's just try to sell everyone a disney vaction. I missed the Disney splurge one. I know some say it wasn't that good. Seeing the latest attractions on film is the funniest part out of all the shows. dvrs and Tivos can be pretty cool for getting to watch Disney shows especially.
