One of the suggestions I've given people with kids that want to get character autographs is to put the return information "This book belongs to..." in the front. Since the child will most likely lose it.
And when they do if it get turns back in Disney will send it back.
I've heard tails of people losing the books, and the books getting back home before the people do.

This is just another one of those things that Cast Members do that makes Disney a cut above the rest. Without those dedicated Cast Members - those who genuinely want to make the World a better place - are the reason that my family wants to go to WDW every chance we get. I have heard some reports about Cast Members that were not up to par, but I've never had a bad experience with one. They do a great job of recruiting and training Cast Members!

Amen to that! Our Disney vacations have been nothing short of magical each time. It's always neat to see other people in the parks experience the same magic - especially when it's their first time to the parks.rmorton50 wrote:This is just another one of those things that Cast Members do that makes Disney a cut above the rest. To do the improbable, we first have to dream the impossible.
