I've never hard either!

I used to be all about the Micky ice cream sandwiches I'd get at EPCOT as a kid though. This would've been in the late 80s!

Mmmm. I like Mickey Bars - especially those ones they had back in the day, with the eyes, that weren't chocolate coated? - but I'm a Dole Whip girl through and through. Yum. :9

Ahh! This is the worst poll! I mean, it's a fantastic poll, but I just can't decide. I'll go with Mickey Bars, but only because I just started to get hooked on Dole Whips recently. I remember as a kid I couldn't ever eat a Mickey Bar without getting chocolate all over. Luckily my mom made the rule that Disney ground is always clean! And of course by 'kid' I mean last year. :mickey:

I love Dole Whips, but the Mickey Bar will always hold the #1 spot in my heart.

ummmm.... I don't think I have ever had either...

I am afraid of the Dole Whips 'cause most fruit tears the inside of my mouth up (acid?) and I prefer the cookies out of the frozen carts. I MAY had had a bite of a Mickey Bar way back but I can't say for sure...

Definitely Dole Whip (or a Dole Whip float). Of course, I much prefer the Dole Whips at Disneyland to those at WDW because, as I discovered in the summer of 2006, WDW has such high humidity that your Dole Whip starts melting into pineapple soup the moment you get one at WDW. At Disneyland, it may be 95 out, but the air is so dry you can sit in the Tiki Garden and happily eat your Dole Whip for 20 minutes without it melting.

And despite the fact that Mickey Bars are leading 59% to 40%, if you want a Dole Whip on a Saturday afternoon in July at DL, be prepared to stand in line for a good 15 minutes to get one - they can't keep up with demand!

I remember getting frozen bananas when I was a kid. Do they still sell those?

Well, I guess we're a split family. It's Dole Whips for me and the wife, but Mickey Bars for the kids. So, even though I voted for Dole Whip, I'll probably have to log-in again and vote for the Mickey bar... just to make it fair.

Thank you! I am not alone. As soon as I saw the title of this thread, this was the first thing I thought of. I LOVED Simba Paws. I am still in shock over Disney taking them from me. It was bad enough that I could only get it at Animal Kingdom. :x

As for the poll...you people who don't choose Dole Whip are loopy. ;) What I wouldn't give for a Dole Whip right now. I don't see how this is even a question. Mickey Ears or Dole Whip? It's just not a fair fight for Mickey.

dole whip! hubby and i love it so much, we were tempted to buy the mix or whatever for our ice cream maker...i think we didn't since it was hard to come by and expensive or something...or maybe we just got lazy! i gotta look into it again!

i'm psyched that the poly now has dole whip, too! we're staying there for half of our 9 night/10 day trip in may!

the mickey bars just taste like generic nestle ice cream bars to me...
