There's nothing I can do. I tried calling again and I got the same answer. What sucks even more is, I know it's not going to be fixed by then. They said "Call back if it's not fixed by the 8th". They are going to come look at the building, they won't see anything in the box, and then leave. I really hate stuff like this because I feel so helpless. I live in an apartment so I can't even trouble shoot.

Well there ain't much diff. between the cable company and the tele. company they just don't care. (Trust me I know a cable service guy)

My brother in law just baught a house for 1million dollars and his whole house is wired with cat 5 he pays extra monney to have the network throughout the whole house and he is told once he move in "oh you need to buy this this this and a this" why do Cable people not Care? and then when they try to say oh well have you tried this or how about this. they only know what they read on the screen no real since of how it works.

house is huge like I said 1 mill. his son has his own house off the main house. He wanted it nice just to plug in and go. He still has wireless for the laptops but thats it.
