I like it....definitely one of the things I first liked about the park to begin with...that 20s feel...the musci being pumped through the park. Of cours that was before the big hat...but hey!!!

Bottom line,
I approve

Wow... I think I am the minority here. As much as I think it looks nice I'm a little disappointed. I was hoping for something more... movie studio like. Maybe it just needs to grow on me.

I don't like that it's called "Hollywood Studios" seeing as how it's in Florida, it seems like they could've come up with something better :(

to be technical on this, there is a hollywood, florida as well...even though I know one has nothing to do with the other, but it's hollywood studios because most of the movies found at the studios were made in hollywood, don't forget, it is not a working studio lot anymore.

I'm not really too keen on the name eitehr... but I really can't think fo what else they could have called it. It's just really hard to give the park a name. The only things I could come up with sound cheesy (Disney's Wonderful World of Movies lol  )

I never thought about how the two o's in Hollywood and the o in Studios could have made a Mickey... I think that would have been much neater if they based the logo around that instead of just sticking mickey in the middle of the O. At least he's not wearing the Sorcerer's Hat.

I think that's because it's not really clear what the park is about. It's not really a movie park, with those Aerosmith and Twilight Zone attractions. It's sort of about entertainment in general, which is a pretty weak theme.

Last I checked there were also Twilight Zone movie....aerosmith is really the only non TV/Movie attraction...but then again they do make music videos, so there could be the loop hole. Don't forget, studios just don't make movies, they had TV shows being filmed there too.

The Tower is clearly based on the TV show.

Also thank you for pointing out some other reasons in which it is, as I said, not a movie park.

youre right I never said it was a movie park, nor did Disney, it's a production studio park, thats how it originated, when did someone say it was a movie park?Playhouse disney, TV, they are all TV/movie/Music Productions, that is the theme of the park, and it is definetly not weak.

I think it works for the most part. I love the font and the addition of Mickey. The only thing that bothers me is the positioning of the letters. I keep wanting to shift them over so that they're all centered. But that's only a minor thing. Overall, it's very nice.

Me likes! Two thumbs up! Still trying to get used to the whole name change, though...
