Annual Pass Office
Anyone know the hours of the AP office? I just want to know when it usually closes. I assume it doesn't stay open as long as the park, but I could be wrong. It doesn't close for anything special, right?

As far as i know the AP office usually stays open right until the park closes or maybe a little before. The one in Disneyland on main street stays open right until closing and theres also one in california adventure but i have no idea when that one is open until. I do know its open for a majority of the operating hours though.

The one in Ca Adventure is only good if you have had one in the last couple of years. They use the same picture. They can't take pictures there yet, only print ones on file.

Arriving at five should be fine. When you buy your AP at the main gate, they will look up the info for you and begin printing it in DCA if your photo is already on file. Take your voucher, go through the gate and hang an immediate left, it will be before the entrance to "Greetings From California" in a building that houses lost and found and I think a nurses office (?), it's essentially City Hall for DCA. It will be waiting for you there.
Good luck!

I noticed that you said your pass expired in May. You may want to speak to someone in guest services before you buy it. The reason I say this is because when i went to renew my pass for this last year they told me that your start and expiration date of your pass remain the same when you renew them. Basically if your pass expired in May and you renew in October...your pass still expires in may, even though you paid for it in October.Jelloforme wrote:Where is it located? Mine expired in May and I am getting it on Wed. I am not getting there until like 5 though. I just wanted to make sure I was okay.
This is what the lady at the ticket office told me and also the manager. After several minutes of arguing my point they just changed the expiration date to the date that i paid.
So as a heads up...just ask to be safe. Hopefully they changed this policy or it doesnt apply to you. Just beware

Before you renew an Annual Passport you should potentially consider buying a Ticket that gives you an early entry to the park like a 3 Day Park Hooper then upgrade to a Annual Pass on the last day or after you use the early entry ticket. Just renewing a passport does not give you that perk.

You can also use a similar tactic with a one day ticket. If you're planning on buying one of the cheaper passes with Saturday blackout dates, go on a Saturday and buy a ticket. Then, when you upgrade to a pass, you still get to use the parks the rest of the day that Saturday. At least it gets you one extra non-blackout date that way!
