No.. never.. whats the point.

If you don't want to get wet don't go on the ride.

Only sissy marys where ponchos on rides.

No, but I wish GRR had a pouch to put my belongings in.

Why go on a water ride if you don't want to get soaked?! Wearing a poncho takes all the fun out of it!!!

from people I've talked to, wearing a poncho does nothing to stop the water from getting your clothes wet on water rides. Sure, it'll work if it's raining and you have the hood up, but that's not alot of water. on some of the water rides, there's quite a few gallons of water being dumped on you all at once...

that said, I don;t wear a poncho on the rides...

GRR a.k.a Grizzly River Run at Disney's California Adventure. It's like the Kali River Rapids, but more fun, in my humble opinion.

No, cause you'll be dry in a half hour anyway.

Nope, we don't even wear the ponchos in a thundershower (umbrella fan) - they're hot, sticky and where do you stow 5 (family of 5 here) wet plastic ponchos when it's over?

Just so you know you aren't alone, I have been known to wear one occasionally. Not often, but if the weather is bad, or I have on a white t shirt...

More often I'm known to cover the feet with something. I hate slogging around in wet tennis shoes.

Never. Not when it's raining, even (well, in Florida in the summertime, during the day at least).

But definitely not on a ride. If it's too cold or I'm too concerned about soakedness, I skip it.

Plus, at 300 pounds, stick me in the front of a Splash Mountain log... and Splash is maybe my favorite ride, period... and I get way more soaked than anyone who rides GRR. Crrrrrazy soaked.

Nah, I don't see the point in wearing one. You look kinda silly.. like someone put you in a plastic bag, and getting wet is half the fun anyway.

I can't see they do much anyway on something like Kali River Rapids, where you get quite a lot of water just dumped on you (as I did on my first ride on it!).

It always amused me how the little compartments in the middle of the Kali raft things to keep your belongings dry was always full of water anyway
