Old school Epcot Center gear

Post by G2-4T » Sep Sun 02, 2007 8:49 pm

Anyone else notice that the forces in charge of merch are releasing shirts and hats with the old Epcot Center logo and lettering? Looks like someone is finally gearing up for the big 25th :D

Dig it! The cap and baseball tee not so much, but love that yellow tee, I may have to call WDW Merchandising and mail order it.

Ooo! I really want to pick up one of those shirts! We're supposed to be heading back sometime next year, so hopefully I'll be able to get one.

I hope that merchandise is still around for awhile, at least until April 2008 for our trip. I wonder, though, is this just a 25th anniversary thing or something that will stick around?

Those shirts are so sweeeet. I want one of each of them. It's so cool to see the old images and symbols splashed on merchandise. Here's hoping the anniversary of EPCOT is a good one!!

I'll second that! And I would love to have a shirt, but no trip is being planned for the near future :( . Daughter is going to France for spring break 2008 and we wouldn't dare go without her, so we'll be stuck at home waiting for the snow to melt.

Oh wow. I wasn't around when the retro was current, but I think the designs are groovy enough to wear. Hope they have some female apparel.

I saw those in mousegear while I was down there in august and was wondering if it was new or if I had just never seen it before. I bought the hat and all three shirts... I don't actually know yet if I would wear any of them in public... but they said EPCOT Center, so I bought them. :)

Darn Now I need to go down there to get a new hat. The shirts I could do without, not a bright color shirt wearer. Although I did see some black shirts there in the background, maybe I will have to get one.

That is so great. Wouldn't it be neat if they did a whole line, using the logos and looks of old/original attractions? :mickey:

oh, how I hope these are there next year when we go. I agree about the bright shirts, me no like. but the hat I'd wear and maybe the darker shirts.
