I think there's someplace out in the swamp they could put those things....along with an arm and hat!

SSE is my husband's all-time favorite Disney attraction and he is sad to hear of the changes. But, change is good. Right?

It's a good thing we don't have a trip planned this year for our usual October visit because my husband said if SSE were ever scheduled to be closed during our visit we wouldn't go!

Here's to next year and the new & improved SSE!

Wait....the wand is gone??? That's pleasant news.

I thought I read a while ago that the plan was to make the end of SSE sort of like the old Choose Your Own Ending a la Horizons which may explain the screen?

I just wanted to chime in with my agreement that SSE not being open is totally not cool. I can't believe I have to spend 9 days at WDW with no SSE.

"Grand and miraculous" this is not. :x

I believe the MAJORITY of the time change is good. But then again, what about Pooh's Playground, Stitches Great Escape, and the new real faces of those electrical guys in the night parade.

I agree... EPCOT just is not the same without SE. I don't have a trip to WDW planned anytime soon, but I think the happiness of seeing SE without the horrible arm & wand would almost make up for the disappointment of not being able to go inside.

oooh the wand made Yesterland:

One thing most people will be happy to see in Yesterland.

I will say looking at the 2000 wand vs the Epcot one... the Epcot one was far superior.

In Spaceship Earth

Post by Cola32 » Aug Sun 26, 2007 7:12 pm

In Spaceship Earth when they talk about the new communication. It already happened! Because now it is called webcam communication for instant messaging like AIM or MSN messenger. I think Siemens the company who sponsored Spaceship Earth might make a refurbishment and make a few changes for that.
