End Alliancephobia!

The landscapes in the Alliance areas are easier on the eyes than the Horde areas.

Actually, it's the other way around. End Hordephobia. So many people play Alliance compared to Horde

crazy ratios

Post by sockfire » Jan Mon 24, 2005 2:09 pm

Yeah, there are way too many people on Alliance It's like a 5 to 1 ratio. Maybe higher.

It's like a different economy altogether on the Alliance side of things. Can't sell a 6 slot bag for more than 2sp. Ridiculously low prices in the trade channels. Free stuff everywhere. Who would want to play that way? (Actually, it's quite nice)

So, I'm tossing my Warlock aside... But I'm still going to play Horde! Got bored of the Warlock (mostly because Rich was always 6 to 8 levels ahead of me with his warlock :P). Look for Trollfire on Sargeras, he's a Troll Shaman. 8)

I hear pgreger is going to join us in game soon too...

Too busy to post? Nah...I mean, come on...how much time does it take to get to level 54?

Alliance? :( then you cant join our guild. But if you are on our server I'll gank you just as fast as I can! Muh hahahaha

Get this for you guys that wern't on last night when I went walk about (hehe).
I flew over to the very south tip of the eastern continent and walked almost half way up the whole thing THROUGH the alliance areas, I was all the way into their training area. I had no weapon and no armor form being attacked at the southern tip by level 34 wolves. I made it to a place called Searing Gorge. Do not, I repeat do not go in there! Every PvP is lvl 55+ and there are tons of them! And when you die, the cemetary is surrounded by 10-15 level 55's that attack as soon as you resurrect. I had to try 4 times to hearthstone before they killed me.

Did I ruin the Warlock for you Sockfire? I'm sorry. Actually I would not recommend any one play a warlock the armor sucks, no amount of enchanting or leather kits can make the armor viable against anyone attacking you, the magic weapons cast too slow, and everyone can out run you. My wife started playing a Rogue and she can kill an elite 1 level higher than herself no problem!

What is the attraction of people playing the alliance? Why the heck do you want to play in a fantasy world and be a human? I just dont see how being a human adds to the fantasy aspect.

"For the Horde!"

We play Alliance on Crushridge, and we play Horde on Sargeras.

I'm having a lot of fun bouncing back and forth between my troll shaman and my human mage. Skipping days is good because it gives your rest meter a chance to charge up. And if you're like me, and you only play a couple hours a day, you'll barely reach the normal state before you are about to log off anyway.

There's more to Alliance than Humans. Want a strong combo, make a Dwarf Paladin. You'll own everyone. 8)

 ok kids if you are reader of the boards and are playing on the SARGERAS PVP relm and are playing a alliance and come up to us besure to have a white flag up so we don't kill you by mistake

and also remember we don't understand each others language so use emotes sign langauge such as )-( ( and :}

we need to come up with a signature emote so no accidental ganking will happen

Ok, I'm back... Just erased this darn game! Had a level 60 toon (can you say "played too much"?) with all sorts of good gear, but lvl 60 in WoW is a terrible place to be so I canceled my account, uninstalled, and threw away the CDs. Needed an excuse to get back to RL anyway... I missed this station! Now I need to figure out what happened to my darn avatar...

cancel?

Post by sockfire » Feb Mon 28, 2005 1:51 am

Cancel? Maybe someday. But no time soon.

Subsonic, PGreger, Aldo and myself just finished up a gameweekend with some non-stop WoW gaming. We played special characters we made just for the event. We went from level 10 to level 18. While I was a little burnt after we finished, I'm ready to get back in there and play some more! 8)

When is the next gameweekend?? :D

Level 60 huh? That's pretty amazing. You must have play a lot. My main is still only level 34. (Though would be higher if I didn't play Alts)

It's good to have you back.

the 3 Ws

3 Ws in my life... or should I say rule my life.

Work, Wife, World of Warcraft.

...and not necessarily in that order!
