Server Downtime

I show up to work this morning to realize the servers are down. Some people in chat were amazed, they have never seen the site down.

In fact, it's been a pretty long time since the site has been down. Oh well. It's back up again! And I see people are requesting in full force!

Party on!

UPDATE
We had to take parts of the server down again. We're sorry for the inconvenience but this in hopes to avoid issues from now on.

I know this sounds stupid - but I'm glad it was on your end... I was worried that my workplace had banned the site for some reason! *phew*

Couldn't tell if this was a problem with the site, or I just got vetoed. I had my daily choice of tracks all queued up (Haunted Mansion Holiday along with a bunch of Phantom Manor stuff) Now they're all gone from the upcoming queue and the song that had been queued after me is still there!

I was the same way! I even IM'd a friend and asked if he could get on the site

I knew it wasn't my end. I tried Internet Explorer and AOL, neither could get me on. oh well stuff happens.

In my current position, among other duties, I am the IT Department... so if someone was going to block SSR, it would be me...

We will have to see how they do it at CNET Networks when I start there in about two weeks... I may become very scarce around here

This is so funny as I too thought my evil IT department blocked the site. I opened it up on my MAC as the MAC is not a part of the Novel network and sure enough it wasn't there either so I sighed a major sigh of relief.

Thank you for bringing the site back up sooooo promptly.

I heard that yesterday that a lot of servers went down in California. It affecting things like Netflix and other big name internet companies. Is that what caused it? or was subsonic's something else unrelated?

I missed all the action or more appropriately the non-action. Dang Comcast had us down for 2 whole days!!! Amazing how much work I got done with no Internet connection

All is well this morning, as I listen away. Glad things are back online for ya Sub!
