We spoke with one of the crew on a Disney boat. You need a Captain's certification to pilot a boat at WDW.kronk's angel wrote:Me too!horizons1 wrote:My wife has always teased me that when I get old I will be piloting the motor launches between MGM and Epcot and across the World Showcase lagoon. well if i need a certification....phooey! cause next thing you know they will want me to renew it...not sure i could cheat...er pass the test again. actually i have given this one a bit more thought since my last post and i think i would like to figure out a way to become a travel agent that works exclusively on Disney Travel charging only $50 for my efforts....(its retirement..i hope i have enough money stashed that i won't need to make much.) besides it would be a pay increase over what i get paid for doing it now...i've become the traveling to disney Ask Sam where to stay and go and it becomes a challenge for me that i cannot refuse.

I'm an engineer by profession so Imagineering looks like a great thing to do at any time.

Being a barbershop quartet singer, I'd love to be part of the Dapper Dans! On several of my visits they have let me sing a song or two with them and they gave me my honorary member card.
Otherwise, I love everything about the haunted mansion and have been building haunts for the neighborhood kids since I was a little tyke (I'm 56 now). I would want to be a haunted mansion CM. I've had a lot of practice with the dour expression.
