I have been to WDW 7 times since I was 12. I am now 28. It has really turned into my husband's and my favorite vacation spot!! Since May of 2005 I have been there 4 times
People at work think I am crazy but I love it!! It is the only place in the whole world that I truely leave all my troubles at home and just have an awesome time!!!

I'd like to go 1 every 3 years (ok, more really - but my wife isn't such a fan).
We went in 96 (DL), 98, 00 (Cruise), 01, 05 (cruise) (too long between!) and have an 07 trip planned.
I'd like to make my next trip 2010 and do a cruise/land combo to be at WDW for food and wine and MNSSHP. Then do a cruise before/after. Problem is, we now have a 9 month old and likely at some point will have #2. That will be a tight lock on the pocket book and our ability to travel.

In the last 5 years, I've been at WDW at least once every calendar year, but two of those periods were during Disney internships so I was able to visit anytime I wanted to for a total of a year. For DLR...gosh...sporadic at best. Now that I only live an hour away, though, my plan is to get an AP and visit about once a month or every other month or so.
where do you work that they give you that amount of time off? and how much do you make...wow i'm moving to Conn. (ok i'm not really, no offense but i have no idea what real traffic and population is like since i moved to wyoming 30 years ago.) laugh of course i'm really speaking from a pure form of jealousy now.QuickGold wrote:I'm averaging 4 trips per year (February, May, September & December)

I did 4 last year all a week long and this year I am doing 3 all a week long. And I work for University of Pennsylvania (for now) we build up days per month up to 24 days. Which means every month you get days, and that depends on years of service:
>2 years 1.250 days per month
2-3 years 1.417
3-4 years 1.583
4-5 years 1.750
5< years 2.000
all up to 24 max can carry over, meaning if I was at 5 years of service I would get 2 days a month until I got to 24 days then I wouldn't get anymore until I use some. Personally I have been here for 4 years now This month so I am just now getting 1.75 a month so I basically get 3 more days this year than last year. That is the one thing I really love about this job, it doesn't pay as much as other businesses.

I've just turned 21 and in 17 days I'll be down for my 28th visit.
My immediate family goes down 3 times a year in recent years because we've switched to season passes. We used to go down once a year with my extended family. This august (we always go down in august) there will be 30 people down (grandparents, aunts and uncles, and a ton of cousins)...but I'll be working so it wont count for me.
I've never gone down for less than a week...we average 10 days.

Disney Trips
Was down in May to WDW and going back in October. Does any one know how the crowds will be from Oct 12th to Oct 19th?
