All good data, here's hoping I can use it to convince my family to do Everest on our next trip. Can't wait! The Yeti looks great from what I've seen on TV.

You know, I moved this into General Resorts thinking the comparison was EE versus California Screamin' I'm a tool. It's moved back.
But yeah, I think RnR is probably scarier, but if you're a wussy, that's good, EE is better IMO. I like the theming better

I considere it to be scary loud, how's that?octoberbarry wrote:I don't find RnR that scary, once you get through the acceleration at the beginning, it's just hilarious

I agree, survive the launch (and not even the actual launch as much as the anticipation of the launch) and you're golden.

Thanks for all the good advice. I think I'm going to suck it up and go for EE! I love big thunder rr and I understand this is that same kind of feeling except of course for the backwards part. But I also understand it will go by quickly. I can't wait only 92 days to go!

I think RnR was hyped up too much for me. I enjoyed it but it wasn't "the most awesome coaster I've ever been on" like other's have told me. I think EE's more fun. If you consider rides in the dark and theming, I actually like Mummy the Ride at Universal Florida better than RnR. It seemed the black lights would illuminate images with much better timing than RnR. But, this isn't about Mummy, get on Expedition Everest. It's got a wonderful theme.
