I have to say I love the queue to many of the rides, but when I recently rode Everest I was impressed by the details they put in the line. It's just so well themed and thought out.

Another good queue line has gotta be Twilight Zone. It's so dark and dusty, it just feels like you REALLY are in a hotel from the past. You have to just love Disney and their attention to detail.
I know this is probably your first flight...and it's mine too...ha, ha

Inside and out they did do a very nice job with the theming of the queue for Tower of Terror....

I think the best queue in the Magic Kingdom is Pirates of the Caribbean or the Haunted Mansion (My personal favorite :D ). At Epcot, I think the best queue is Test Track. I haven't been on Soarin' yet, so I don't know about that... At MGM, I think the best queue is TOT, and at AK, I think the best queue is either Dinosaur or K. Safaris.

I like Test Track.

I never get tired of seeing those crash dummy's knees, heads, and chests getting whacked by those huge metal mallets!

There are so many good ones though. Philharmonic is great too. Of course Space Mountain is in a league of its own.

Good question!

Hi friends!
New one here... I need a grouphug!
:D
Thanx!
Anyway, my favorite queue is in Animal Kingdom for the Rapids and, of course, the TowerOfTerror!

Best to all!

Loved Everest

Post by Hypermommy » Apr Sat 08, 2006 4:59 am

I was thrilled by the Everest queue. The only part that I would maybe have changed is those darn bells. Yes, it added to the "feel" of the ride to have these bells sounding off but i had to limit my kids to one ring of each bell :D

I don't know if you'd call it a queue or a preshow -- it's really a bit of both -- but I love the queue and waiting area for MuppetVision 3D. No matter how many times I hear those corny jokes, I still laugh.

Space Mountain has a great queue, I also like the queue at splash mountain. Pirates and Indiana jones temple of the forbiddin eye queues are also fun.

I love the Tower's line. I havn't been through the Everest one (been on the ride like 7 times but didn't wait in the main line) but it looks really awesome. I am actually looking forward to having to walk through it just because there is so much to look at. I think Kali was supposed to belike that as well...but Everest looks more interesting than the Kali stuff.

I agree with Space mountain, and Pirates as the two I like in the Magic Kingdom, TOT and Muppet's in MGM. The living Seas (sigh) and Mexico, because you have to go inside and see all of the atmosphere. I'm not sure about Animal Kingdom.

EE has a great Que! With the museum of "artifacts" and "evidence" that the Yeti exists is really well done. They make it look like it's real. Especially with that torn up tent that was "found".
