WDW Attraction Posters

Post by frantheman76 » May Sun 13, 2007 3:42 am

Does anyone know where I can get hold of copies of the attraction posters that you can find in the Magic Kingdom on the walls as you walk under the Main Street Station? They're kind of 'old-style' and feature designs inspired by various attractions and lands (Pirates, Small World, Tomorrowland, etc)

Ieally i'd like digital copies, but even a place to order hardcopies would be good.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!!

I have a few of these up around the apartment - love them!

I'd suggest looking on ebay for the hardcopies, though beware people seem to charge an awful lot for them sometimes. Back in the day, Disney used to do mail-order too, if you knew exactly what you wanted. I have no idea if they still do that though. Not sure where you'd look for digital copies either. I'd offer to scan the ones I have but they're waaay too big for the poor scanner. Good luck in your search! :)

My brother buys them. He has most of the Disneyland rides, and now he is working on getting the ones they have for Walt Disney World. I only know of getting them through Disney, like in the parks. But through a little searching I found these:

They are a bit pricey but you can get them, personally I rather go to the parks and get them, just so I can have another trip there.

I've got a Dumbo one (brand new, bought it at the parks, got it home and decided it didn't match the other ones well) that I'd be willing to sell for what I paid for it +shipping. Let me know.

I love mine. I have Tomorrowland, Haunted Mansion and the Monorail. If framed nicely these look good in most any decor. I bought all of mine at the Disney art store at Downtown Disney. Oh yeah, I almost forgot that I have Pirates as well and a friend of mine did a custom frame for it that looks really old and fits the theme really well.

Just wait until your next trip to Disney, they always have them and if they don't you can put them on order. My brother had one shipped to the house that wasn't in stock, we actually got it 2 days after we got back from Disney.

I have an original "Adventure Thru Inner Space" (DLR) that I love! These make great art.

Geesh. When I got my first one (in ... 98? I think) it was $25. Then I got another in 2000, $30. Last one I got was in 2002 and it was $35. Creeping ever upward...
