Hey don't feel so bad about your little project. I created some old school Epcot inspired shirts and they're up at Zazzle. Since they are based off something created by Disney and not me (although I did create the actually prints with the help of my friend who is a wiz at photoshop) I was going to give the money to a charity once I get the first check in the mail. If anyone is interested you can look at them here:

I would actually love to read what you have written. I'm very curious. It seems that even after all these years, Epcot still manages to inspire the artist in all of us.

Excellent designs, man
I remember going to EPCOT as a 6 year old, seeing the cars at the end of World of Motion, and thinking the world is going to look awesome. Wouldn't want to take that kid on a 20 year time trip and show him the roads of today. Could only imagine his reaction:
"So the cars of tomorrow look... just like the cars of today? Huh. What a ripoff."

I periodically go on eBay and look for vintage Epcot shirts. I've successfully won two from 1982 and 1983. I LOVE them, especially knowing that the one from '82 is as old as I am. I really dig the Old School shirt with all the old logos. My first visit to Epcot was in 2000, so I don't know the "old school" stuff first hand. :-/ I really wish I had seen Horizons before it was razed to the ground!
Nice shirts - I like the "old school" one!
I bought a Horizons shirt at this cafe press store:

No one's gloomy or complaining while the flatware's entertaining.
