Unfortunately I dread any of the ragtime stuff, sorry, it just makes my brain say ok, enough already

but I am saying it with lots of love
I love the fact that we all have diverse tastes on here so that we do get a nice blend in on the request streams 8)

Esmeralda wrote:I've just heard two tracks that I dread. The first was "Making of Me", which caused me to promtly switch to the scheduled station. The second, and far scarier in my book, was the dentist. All that drilling and screaming makes me terrified!
Strangely enough, both of those tracks were requested. So I guess sub is right, someone likes each track on the station.
HAHA!!! I love the dentist on Main Street! I think its funny! Especially when he says, " These are the most modern methods" I've been looking everywhere on Main Street on where it was coming from but I found out it was near the lockers

Do you think have enough time to go the bathroom before the next show?

I now have a new one, "Walt Disney World - vacation planner videos - magic of christmas - full". The last few minutes is a continuous repeat of Jingle Bells, where it sounds like it's wrapping up and then it suddenly goes back and starts again. Thankfully it's finally over !!!!

I recorded those vacation planner videos (all of them so far, with the new one soon to come). I could shorten them a bit (do a fade out) if general consensus is to shorten. Also, I recorded them on my old computer which was having some problems. if there are any skips/jumps that people want fixed, please let me know (PM/email would be best). I'll re-record the track and give it to Sub for addition...

Me too! As far as I'm concerned, you can request all the ragtime you want!
I like that style of music, plus it makes me think of strolling down Main Street USA.

I would most fear the new Tiki Room music. Not only is it crap, but it depresses me.

I have to agree.

Never been much of a country fan, especially corny country.
It seems like the music which was chosen, in part, to be humorous (blood on the saddle...) doesn't age as well over time as music selections chosen just because they're appealing.
I do like the ragtime stuff though -- especially the Firehouse 5 + 2 -- not only because I submitted it 8) , and it's fairly sophisticated musically (those guys can play!), but also because it is so evocative of Main Street, both the place and the time.
No, no... He's got a point.

Any reason you didn't do the Happiest Celebration on Earth planner DVD? I know the short blurb about Disneyland is there, but not the main WDW one...

the 2006 version? I did get it, sub just hasn't uploaded it yet. I don;t think I got the DLR version, but I know I got the WDW version. the 2006 version is almost exactly like the 2005 version, with a few different additions (which have been recorded.

The parade rehearsal loops where you get to hear a single float over and over and over again.
