Who took away Roger Rabbit?

Post by Just Believe » Sep Sun 17, 2006 2:42 pm

I remember when Roger Rabbit was all over Disneyland. He had a HUGE role in the "Disneyland Fun Sing-Along"! What happend to him? Did Disney and Amblin disagree on rights to Roger? If so, how come Roger's Cartoon Spin is still there? Where did he go?
Do you think have enough time to go the bathroom before the next show?

I don't remember Roger Rabbit too much at Disneyland. Maybe he's not too popular anymore.

I think he's on the album version of the Spectro Magic parade(Magic Kingdom), but he's not in the actual parade anymore. Instead it's Genie.

Oh, and "Welcome Home."

He was popular with the opening of toontown in.....what was it? 95? But now he is barely seen. Rogers Cartoon Spin (and toontown for that matter) is there partly because of the films popularity. If you can get your hand on the dvd there is alot of bonus featers talking about bringing toontown to real life. Concept drawings and photo documentation of both DL and WDW.
Yes, this is my happy place! Well, when not in my happy place.

It's official, The family is visiting Disneyland in October!
