So who designed and is hosting the site? I'd love to lend a hand to sprucing it up a bit...

i just can't beleive that they would leave something like that sitting around with nothing going on? that would be like shutting down wonders of life and leaving it standing.... oh wait, they did that

You know, being more familiar with WDW the DLR I was thinking the same thing. Maybe we should get a Bring Back WOL petition going also.

well from what i have heard, the simulators from body wars are gone already. beyond that and cranium command there really wasn't much to that padded room. even when it opened i just felt that it wan't finished. i really am not that sad to see wonders of life go. i am positive that whatever they replace that with will be better.

I dunno, I always thought Body Wars was just ok also, and the making of me show wasn't all that impressive either. But there were definatly things in WoL that I liked. I always loved Cranium Command, I thought it was one of the best shows in Epcot. The Fitness bikes with the video screens were kind of fun. And the little area where they showed the health Goofy cartoons was a nice break.

Just a quick update on the Peoplemover petition - we passed 250 names yesterday! Off to a good start considering it has only been up for 2 weeks but we need to keep up that momentum. Keep spreading the word to relatives [I've seen some families all sign, great to see the same last names from all over the country!] and friends.

And forums like this one are easy places to get the word out to the masses. So far I've been spreading the word to forums [hitting a new one every couple days] to keep the pace steady but if folks have suggestions of places to post that haven't seen it yet let me know and I'll tack it onto the list. I know there are plenty out there and there are tons of loyal DL fans out there, esp. in CA. Let's see if we can't hit 1,000 names in the next few weeks!

That's a great idea. I bet they'd love to help.

don't get me wrong. i am the last to bash anything at disney. i did love going to all the attractions in wonders of life, but i just feel that they took the easy route when building that pavillion. the details just weren't there and it just never felt finished.

how about The Disney Corner. Theme Park Review has forums you could try, they like Disney parks. you could also try Disney Pix forums. Themed Attractions may also be worth a shot, as thay have a dedicated DLR forum, and it's run by one of our own - VFXPro.

Awesome about the video. You should put that up on you tube and link to it there. Save yourself some bandwidth.
