Not a fan of the Mexico Pyramid? The chocolate pyramid part looks cool, but I can see how the cake could get soggy, especially with the 4 scoops of ice cream.

The chocolate pyramid itself, is probably tasty. It's the leches cake that I would say would be the worst of that mishmash. One of my friends' nephew married a girl from Mexico, later divorced, briefly dated someone from Mexico, now with new Mexican girlfriend, anyhow, lots of traditional Mexican foods at family get togethers. I swear you can pick up a leches cake and squeeze it out like a sponge. And the flavor isn't, ick, just isn't Then there's the Mexican chocolate. I didn't look but I'm thinking that means cinnamon and something spicy at the very least. ickkkk

We have a lot of Hispanics in our area, so there are quite a few places to go if you'd like to eat authentic Mexican cuisine. Taco Bell is decidedly not authentic :lol:I don't like Taco Bells, and I found out at the first wedding I went to, I was not a fan of authentic Mexican cuisine either. Usually you can at least look forward to a delicious slice of wedding cake, but not even an unsoggy piece in sight :/
