@ImagineerWannabe: Oh, I see. Mr. Lucky was played by Chevy Chase in the Monster Sound Show film opposite Martin Short. Mr. Lucky avoided all kinds of mishaps and his name was revealed at the end of the film as a punchline. It was not that great.

@Amy: I don't recall parades and nighttime shows. That sounds like a fun idea.
