I think it's the puppets. I'm just so far removed from the whole Star Wars franchise, it's difficult for me to be excited about any of it. Kind of like Harry Potter at Universal, I enjoyed the two rides I went on in Universal Studios Hollywood, and it was neat to see the theming, but I didn't feel a real connection to it.

That's kind of how I feel too. I've seen the movies, but not often enough to even remember the plots. If I get to this new Star Wars land at some point I'll have to re-watch the originals to have some rough idea of context.

I'm the same way on Harry Potter, Amy. Galaxy's Edge is a bit more interesting to me but I think it belongS in DCA, not DL. At least in Florida they got the location right.

I did read up a little bit on the second ride that will be coming, the rise of the resistance and that looks like it will be sort of neat. But it also looks like something that could break down a lot, have problems running due to guests having to walk more through the attraction. Will be interesting to see what happens when it gets up and running.
