Finally gave up and bought a couple of mouse traps and set them last night. They ate the chocolate chips from both traps without setting them off AND pooped in three different places. I am not a happy camper! Leave it to me to have a houdini mouse!

Last night they ate 3 out of the 4 chocolate chips AND some of my leftover popcorn and left scraps of paper from the microwave bag all over the counter ~ grrrrr!

Oh no!! I heard they like peanut butter too. Maybe that would help un-houdini the mouse, since it would stick and maybe be harder for him to escape with the goods. Not that I've ever gone mouse trapping, but I feel for you!

I had tried that on our first go 'round with a mouse about 4 or 5 years ago. They licked the pb clean and didn't set off the trap I'm trying to remember, but I think it took several days before they tripped the trap. In the meantime, I'm just trying to keep all the food under lock and key ~ ie in the fridge and now inside the microwave ~ haha

Good idea! If a mouse can get in the microwave he should be able to find his way out of the house

Shall we call it and make a new list? Has there been enough new things announced to do another "most looking forward to" type list? There's the Toy Story land which is at least 3 items (Slinky Dog, Alien Saucers, Andy's Lunch Box), a space theme restaurant between Mission Space and Test Track, some Guardians of the Galaxy thing taking over the Universe of Energy, and a bad one that I would knock off the list first, paid parking at resorts...boo!!. Perhaps you know a few more or have another list suggestion?
